At Barry Card Collector Con (B3C), we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all attendees, guests, and exhibitors.
Our policies are here to make sure everyone can relax, have fun, and feel respected while attending our events.

1. Terms & Conditions

Our general event rules cover everything from ticket use and refunds to safety, admission, and on-site behaviour.
You’ll also find important information about photography, press access, age restrictions, and security checks.
We encourage everyone to review these before attending to ensure a smooth experience.

2. Anti-Harassment Policy

B3C has a zero-tolerance approach to harassment of any kind.
Harassment includes stalking, intimidation, unwanted contact, offensive comments, or discrimination based on appearance, gender, race, disability, or any personal characteristic.
If you experience or witness harassment, please contact our Security Team immediately — they are trained to help and can involve local authorities if necessary.

3. Costumes, Cosplay & Props Policy

Cosplay is a huge part of B3C, and we want everyone to enjoy it safely.
This policy explains what’s allowed and what isn’t when it comes to costumes, props, and weapons.
It also covers photo consent rules — always ask permission before taking pictures of anyone in cosplay.
