ANTI HARRASSMENT POLICY
Here in for the purposes of this document ‘Barry Card and Collector Con’ will be known as ‘B3C’ throughout.
To report an incident of harassment, bullying or any incident that is listed below, please alert a member of our Security Team. Our security team will, if necessary, contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the rest of B3C.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Stalking
- Harassing photography or recording
- Intimidation
- Sustained disruption of Panels or other events
- Offensive verbal comments
- Bathroom policing
- Physical assault
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Battery
- Unwelcome physical attention
In relation to, but not limited to:
- Appearance
- Gender identity
- Religion
- Gender presentation
- Citizenship
- Sexual orientation
- Pregnancy
- Race
- Age
- Colour
- Body size
- National origin
- Disability
- Gender
If a person engages in harassing behaviour, B3C staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from B3C with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention.
Exhibitors, fans (attendees), speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers, and security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy and will be held to the same standards and disciplinary action.
